Laser cutting
A method valued for its extremely high precision combined with relatively high cutting speed (the elements can be processed without any further working). Great programming flexibility results in low setup and adjustment costs, short lead times and low cost repetition (in short production series).
Carving even the most complicated shapes is effortless. Material usage can be minimised through optimal arrangement of elements on the sheet.
The laser we use is Platino 1530 HS. Our device provides for very high machining quality:
- Position and repetition accuracy of 0,03 mm;
- Narrow kerf widths of 0,2 mm;
- Smooth surface and minimal material distortion.
High stiffness combined with great loading capacity prevents vibrations during cutting direction alterations.
The laser head moves along XYZ axis and carves shapes in metal plates lying on a stationary table. The movable Z axis makes it possible to focus the beam against the material surface
